In December, we hosted The Silent Experience, a workshop to raise deaf awareness, led by an instructor from TOUCH Silent Club with over two decades of experience.
Colleagues learned basic sign language and explored different ways to communicate with deaf individuals — from writing and drawing to using apps like Google Live Transcribe. The key takeaway: perfection isn’t required, but genuine effort matters deeply.
The workshop was an eye-opening experience, fostering greater understanding and empathy toward the deaf community.
